With over 15 years of experience working with top U.S. brands in customer support and client communication, I now specialize in social media management and virtual assistance, with a strong focus on lead generation and digital strategy.

After working my way up from blue-collar jobs to corporate roles, and now into freelancing, I created The Freelance Mama to help moms like me realize:
